Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is normally a 48 hour system but can occasionally take longer. This is subject to change in the future as we open up shipping to more locations than the United Kingdom. Shipping is free in the UK. All products are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging, single walled cardboard, gummed paper tape and bio-degradeable packing peanuts.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, if everything is in stock you can expect dispatch within two working days of your order. Pre-orders will always be dispatched on the day stated on the product page.

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. You also have the right to return your item within 28 days if it is not correct. The customer is liable for the cost of returns unless the product has arrived damaged in any way or we have sent the wrong item, at which point please make sure to contact support@dumpshockgames.co.uk so that we can cover the costs of returns and make sure your claim is sorted asap.

If any orders are delayed longer than 14 working days from order/informed dispatch date, lost or misrouted, Dumpshock Games will endeavour to compensate or assist for costs incurred to the customer for the products  and delivery only.
